Prices on the site. The prices advertised on this site are for
Internet orders. Prices on some items may differ from those charged at
Byrd Cookie Company Marketplace and retail stores. Prices, inventory and
availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to
limit sales, including also the right to refuse sales to re-sellers. We
are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors on the site.
Violation of the Terms. You understand and agree that in Byrd
Cookie Company's sole discretion, and without prior notice, Byrd Cookie

user content, if Byrd Cookie Company believes that the user content you
