How can I order products to be sent
to more than one address?
You can order products for all the people on your shopping
list with the click of a button. As you checkout, you'll be prompted to associate
each product with a ship-to address. You will be able to edit/modify products
and their destinations. *Please Note: You do not have to be a registered member
to use this shipping feature.

How do I add someone new to my Byrd
Address Book?
In the members area, you'll see an option for address
book. You'll have the option to add new addresses or modify existing addresses.

I selected the wrong item to send
to my mother! What do I do?
During checkout, you will have an option to edit all
of your information should you realize that you have made a mistake.

My brother has moved! How do I modify
the address?
In the members area, you'll see an option for address
book. Select your brothers name and then you can change anything that is no
longer accurate.

If you have forgotten your username or password, please

What kind of information does Byrd
Cookie Company collect?
We collect information (such as your name, email address,
mailing address, and phone numbers), that you provide when you place an order,
register with us or participate in a contest, promotion or survey. We also maintain
a record of your product interests and your purchases online.

How does Byrd Cookie Company use my

When you make a purchase from Byrd Cookie Company,
we use your information to process your order. We will also send you emails
to confirm your order, we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or
email if we have other questions regarding your order. When you register with
Byrd Cookie Company you may choose to receive emails from us regarding our products,
services, contests, and promotions. From time to time, we may also send you
emails to help us learn more about your shopping preferences. In addition, we

our site design and your shopping experience. If you make a purchase online

do I change or delete my information?
To access your information online, simply login
at the bottom of any page, then choose "contact & billing information"
and you'll be able to review, edit, or delete your personal information. If
at any time you would like us to update your personal information or remove
you from our email or postal mailing lists, feel free to contact us by calling
1-800-291-2973 or by sending an email to Byrd Cookie Company customer service.
Please be sure to include your email address, full name, and password.

You will be charged sales tax if the ship-to or billing
address is located in the state of Georgia.

How does Byrd Cookie Company make
sure my order information is secure?
Protecting your order information is a priority for

your online order information. Further, all credit card information is encrypted
at all times.
To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner
of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key
or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server
is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser.
When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will
change from "http" to "https."
Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through
secure servers. In that case, you won't be able to connect to the server and
therefore won't be able to place an order through an insecure connection. If

How do I remove my information from
email, phone and postal mailing lists?
We want to communicate with you only if you want to
hear from us. If you prefer not to receive information from us, either through
email, postal mail or by phone, please let us know by sending us an email or
calling us at 1-800-291-2973.
Please note that such requests may take 6-8 weeks to become effective. In addition,
if you ask us to remove your name and address from our email or postal mailing
lists, we will maintain your name in a "do not mail" file to ensure
that we can honor your request. Please also note that when you make a purchase,
we will send you emails to confirm your order and may also need to contact you
via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.
